THE WALTHAM FOREST CARNIVAL ROUTE and MAPS
THE CARNIVAL PARADE starts at 2.00PM from THE TOWN HALL Forest Road, London, E17 4JF. To find go HERE
The Waltham Forest Carnival route is well known through out the National Carnival circuit as being one of the longest in the business, at just over five miles from start to finish. The route was designed to cover as wide an area of Waltham Forest as possible, without making the Parade to long and exhausting. The Parade route travels though both main roads and back streets to allow as many people as possible to see the Carnival Parade.
Below you can see the approximate arrival times on the route map
Leave Town Hall 2.00pm- Turn right on to Forest Road past Winns Terrace 2.10pm-continue along Forest Road, past Higham Hill Road-2.20pm-keep on Forest Road and turn left at Blackhorse Road 2.40pm-On to St James Street-Markhouse Road 3.00pm-On to Queens Road, here The Parade stops for a short break. After the break, Carnival then continues accross Hoe Street into Orford Road 3.45pm-On to West Avenue Road-Church Hill 3.55pm-On to Prospect Hill-Shernhall Street 4.05pm-Back on to Forest Road-Town Hall 4.15pm.
